Project Manager - Electrical Charging.


Job function and Responsibilities.

Project manager in the field of:  

·      Electical Vehicle charging system development & Industrialization to factory & service training Customer projects in the segment of energy infrastructure solution development consisting of EV-charging, 

·      Battery Energy storage, Photovoltaic, Power & energy management.

 Role & responsibility:

 ·      Technical project management, during concept development phase and manage the involved specialists from R&D. 

·      Analyze the challenges of energy infrastructure solution projects, structure the key tasks, milestones and clarify the resource & skill requirements. 

·      Project planning - optimising and improving processes and the overall approach 

·      Designing risk mitigation plan 

·      Project coordination & progress tracking with the involved stakeholders Product management, Field application engineers, R&D Hardware & Firmware, production, service, documentation & external stakeholders contributing to the projects.

·      Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

·      Regular project review reporting to management.

·      Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders during customer project phase 

·      Participating in tender proces.


 ·      Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related domain. 

·      Further education in project management.

·      Minimum 2 years System- / Solution Project Management experience 

·      System- / Solution engineering & industrialization background expertise 

·      Advantage if some expertise including firmware projects 

·      Ability to break down complex project requirements into manageable context. 

·      Capability to manage & coordinate multiple projects 

 Other competences:
