Country Service Manager.

Czech Republic: Prague/Brno.

For our client, a global, european manufacturer of advanced solutions in the field of sheet metal forming, we are looking for a Country Service Manager.

Mission:

The Country Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and developing all Customer Service activities at country level, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable service business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all country-level service operations (maintenance, warranty, service contracts).
Lead and develop the local Service team (2 service coordinators, 1 service administrator, 2 spare parts sales assistants, and 12 mobile service technicians working in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania).
Ensure effective planning and execution of service interventions.
Act as primary escalation point for complex technical or customer issues.
Monitor installed base performance and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement of service processes and KPIs.
Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Headquarters functions.
Contribute to service revenue growth and profitability.
Maintaining relationships with key customers in the area of after-sales service
Reporting to Country Manager and Europe Service Manager.

Requirements:

Technical Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic).
Proven experience in roles involving maintenance or after-sales support for industrial machinery, robots or industrial automation.
Experience in team coordination.
Strong leadership and customer orientation.
Problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Result oriented approach.
Assertive and able to influence the working group thanks to competence and positive leadership.
Fluent in English, which is used in day-to-day work.
